You Got To Hang On To Yourself

My room was so clean for New Years, but now I am sitting here on my unmade bed, surrounded by boxes exploding with hats, gloves, and leg warmers, laying on pieces of magazine pages, staring at my closet, which still needs to be cleaned. What happens to my motivation when the sun begins to set? Why it it the cruel irony of life that the summer, when we're on vacation from school, is when the days are the longest, and winter, when work needs to be done, is when the days end almost before they begin? One technique to subvert myself is to put everything on my bed while cleaning- that way, I have to clean off the bed if I want to sleep... oooooooor, I can just sleep on the couch, which I hate to admit, happens a lot instead.

But I am determined to have an amazingly clean closet, filled with.. cleanness.. by ... February?

And since we have no snow:

I don't even really get the title of this song, especially in light of the music video, but I swear, the way the music sounds just takes me over.
Song of the Day: The Sound Of Winter - Bush
